📁 File Requirements and Upload Guidelines

While our system is powerful and flexible, it does have some important limitations and guidelines to ensure smooth functionality:

🔸 File Size Limit: 50 MB

Your uploaded 3D file must be under 50 megabytes. This limit is based on server restrictions and ensures quick and stable performance for all users.
If your file exceeds this limit, don’t worry — we can provide alternative upload methods (such as WeTransfer or Google Drive). Just contact us via email or WhatsApp for assistance.

🔸 File Integrity Matters

We recommend uploading only manifold (watertight) files. A manifold file has a closed geometry that can be sliced and printed without errors.

Uploading non-manifold files (with holes, inverted normals, or disconnected surfaces) often results in additional processing on our end, which can increase costs and lead times. If needed, our team can repair your file, but this will be quoted as an additional service.

🧾 Understanding Cost Estimates and Batch Pricing

The quote viewer provides an estimated cost for a single unit, calculated automatically based on your part’s volume and material selection.
To maintain fairness and sustainability, we apply a minimum price of €5 per part to cover setup, calibration, and handling time.

However, we understand that many clients need multiple copies or batch production. In those cases:

  • You’ll often benefit from significant volume discounts

  • We can offer custom pricing tailored to your production needs

  • You can specify exact quantities and delivery timelines for more accurate quoting

If you’re planning a production run or need 5+ units, we recommend contacting us directly for a custom quote. Our technical team will evaluate the project and find the most efficient, cost-effective approach — including batch nesting, print optimization, and material selection.
